    Our indoor ceremony space is:

    • Fully air-conditioned

    • Filled with natural light from large windows

    • Equipped with a covered guest drop-off area

    The decision to move indoors can be made on the day of the event, eliminating the need for early weather calls. Because this is a separate space, your reception hall never needs to serve as a backup, preserving the flow of your celebration.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove features a spacious, climate-controlled indoor reception hall with post-and-beam architecture. The space comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests with room for dining and dancing. Tables and chairs are provided.

  • Yes. Both our indoor ceremony space and reception hall are fully air-conditioned, making Celebration Grove one of the largest climate-controlled indoor wedding and event venues in Vero Beach.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove provides tables and chairs for both ceremonies and receptions, indoors and outdoors, allowing couples to focus on personal design details rather than sourcing essential furnishings.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove offers a private bridal suite designed for comfort and preparation, as well as a groom’s loft that provides seating, privacy, and space for the wedding party to gather prior to the ceremony.

  • Couples and their wedding party have access to the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Loft beginning at 9:00 AM on the day of the event. Personal items may remain secured in the locked suite or loft during the celebration, but all belongings must be removed by the end of the event.

    For Sunday weddings, access begins at 12:00 PM.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove welcomes outside caterers, allowing couples to choose vendors that best reflect their taste and budget. All caterers must be licensed and insured. Caterers not on our preferred vendor list are required to sign our vendor agreement prior to the event.

  • Yes. Alcohol is permitted at Celebration Grove when served by licensed bartenders and approved vendors in accordance with venue guidelines and local regulations.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove welcomes personal décor, including florals, lighting, and candles.

    To protect the property:

    • No taping, nailing, or attaching items to walls or structures

    • Candles must be fully enclosed in containers

    • Glitter, confetti, rice, and birdseed are not permitted

    These guidelines help preserve the beauty of the venue for every celebration.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove is pet-friendly, and couples may include their pets in their celebration. Pets must remain leashed at all times. A $150 per-pet fee applies to cover additional cleaning. Please ask your coordinator at time of planning for additional requirements.

  • Yes. Celebration Grove offers ample on-site parking for guests and vendors within our private campus.

  • Celebration Grove does not offer overnight accommodations on site. However, several hotels are conveniently located nearby, including Staybridge Suites, Vero Beach Hotel & Spa, Costa d’Estes, and others. Ask your coordinator for additional referrals.

  • To reserve your wedding date at Celebration Grove, a deposit equal to 10% of your selected package is required. Remaining payments are scheduled in equal installments and personally tailored to meet your budgeting needs within the established agreement with our venue.

  • Yes. We encourage personalized tours so couples and event hosts can experience the campus, explore layout options, and envision their celebration at Celebration Grove. Virtual tours are also available upon request, and a Video Tour is available here.

  • Popular dates tend to book well in advance, particularly during peak wedding seasons. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

    Marriage services at Celebration Grove may be officiated by pastors, ministers, or officiants not affiliated with Pillar Community Church. Couples from a variety of Christian faith backgrounds are welcomed with hospitality and care.
