The Essentials

  • Editable budget tracker

  • Editable planning timeline

  • Ceremony rehearsal on site the week of your wedding

    • You may bring your personal decor to the rehearsal if it is the day before the wedding

  • Access to the property from 9 am on the wedding day

    • 9 am wedding party/hair and makeup arrival

    • 12 pm vendor arrival/set up begins

    • 6-hour event from start of ceremony to end of reception ending no later than 10 pm

    • 1 hour of clean up after the end of reception

  • Air-conditioned grand hall with soaring post & beam architecture

  • 2 ceremony site options include:

    • An indoor, air-conditioned chapel

    • A lakeside wedding arbor - additional $100

  • Veranda with garden lights, bar, and cocktail tables

  • Bridal suite with makeup areas, mirrors, and seating

  • Groom’s loft with kitchenette, seating, and a television

  • Caterer's prep kitchen with counterspace, sinks,

    warming box, freezer, and a commercial-sized refrigerator

  • On-site dumpster

  • 60-inch round dinner tables

  • Tablecloths for up to 15 tables - more can be added for $22 per tablecloth

  • Wooden farm tables for the sweetheart table, gift table, etc.

  • Wooden cross-back chairs

  • White garden chairs for outdoor ceremonies

  • Wooden pew-style cushioned chairs for indoor ceremonies

  • 100 parking spaces & ADA-compliant restrooms

  • Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four

  • Gas fire pit with seating

  • Month-of Wedding Coordinator

  • On-site security

  • Selection of in-house decor

  • Use of the property for a 2-hour engagement photo shoot with your photographer

The Enhanecment

  • Bottle of champagne in the bridal suite

  • Dinnerware

    • Charger, dinner plates, cloth napkins, silverware water goblet, and set up (water service not included)

  • Additional 5 tablecloths if needed

  • Reception drapery on 6 beams

  • In-house officiant with pre-marital counseling sessions

  • In-house sound/tech for indoor ceremonies OR waive the outdoor ceremony fee

  • Sparkler or bubble send-off

  • Additional 3 hours of set-up time the day before the wedding (perfect for DIY couples)

  • Rehearsal dinner space for 30 guests

    • Guarantee no wedding or event the day before yours

    • Covered patio space with ceiling fans, lights, and a gas fire pit

  • 2 Photographers and 2 Videographers for 8 hours

For Weddings with Up to 30 Guests

  • Use of our venue for a 3-hour event

  • Bridal Suite & Groom’s Loft available 2 hours prior to the wedding

  • Air-conditioned reception space with soaring post & beam architecture

  • 3 ceremony site options including:

  1.  A lakeside wedding arbor

  2.  A gothic-style wedding pavilion

  3.  An indoor, air-conditioned chapel

  • Veranda with garden lights, bar, and cocktail or dining tables

  • Bridal suite with make-up areas, mirror, and seating

  • Groom’s loft with kitchenette, seating, and television

  • Caterer’s prep kitchen and on-site dumpster

  • 60-inch round tables

  • Wooden farm tables for gifts and appetizers

  • Up to four 6-foot buffet/misc. tables

  • Wooden cross-back chairs

  • White resin ceremony chairs

(Church staff may be on-site during these events but will stay out of the way.)
