Every couple at Celebration Grove enjoys the full beauty and comfort of our venue amenities. From your own dedicated bridal suite and private groom’s lounge to elegant indoor seating to outdoor garden charm, every detail is designed to make your day seamless and sacred.

The Essentials

For Weddings Accommodating Up to 200 Guests

Saturday Weddings begin at $10,000 | Monday–Thursday Weddings begin at $7,500

Planning & Preparation

  • Editable budget tracker and planning timeline provided.

  • On-site ceremony rehearsal during the week of your wedding. Option to bring personal décor to rehearsal (if held the day before your event).

Exclusive Property Access Timeframe

  • 9:00 AM on Wedding Day — Wedding Party Arrival / Hair & Makeup begins.

  • 12:00 PM — Vendor Setup Begins.

  • Six-hour event window from ceremony start to reception-end (no later than 10:00 PM).

  • One hour of cleanup following the event.

Venue Spaces

  • The Grand Hall — A 4,000 sq. ft. reception and entertaining space featuring soaring post-and-beam architecture and large windows.

  • Two Options of Ceremony Sites include:

    • Elegant Sanctuary Chapel, or

    • Picturesque Lakeside Wedding Arbor

  • Outdoor Veranda — a romantically illuminated covered outdoor entertaining space offering cocktail tables and full-service bar area overlooking our lawn, charming fire-pit and Adirondack seating.

  • Dedicated Bridal Suite — a sunlit, private bridal suite offering cosmetic stations, mirrors, antique armoire, and a complimentary beverage cart

    • Includes Private Bridal Concierge, an on-site Venue Representative available to you upon arrival (9:00 AM- 1:00 PM)

    • Available to steam dresses, assist with wardrobe emergencies, keep track of the morning timeline, and clearing the Bridal Suite of garbage

  • Private Groom’s Lounge — a secluded retreat featuring a kitchenette, comfortable dining and lounge area, private restroom and television.

  • Lawn Games during cocktail hour include Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and Cornhole

  • Access to the full 6.5-acre property, offering countless photo opportunities of our noteworthy golden hour sunsets, Celebration Archway, and lush landscaped grounds.

Furnishings & Décor

  • 60” round dinner tables with tablecloths for up to 15 tables (additional cloths available with rental agreement).

  • Wooden farm tables for sweetheart, gift, or display use.

  • Wooden cross-back chairs for receptions.

  • White garden chairs for outdoor ceremonies.

  • Pew-style cushioned seating for indoor chapel ceremonies.

  • Selection of in-house décor available for use.

Coordination & Support:

Month-of Wedding Coordinator, to include:

  • Month-out meeting, timeline and floor plan creation, vendor confirmation, ceremony rehearsal, wedding day coordination

  • On-site security

  • Selection of in-house decor

  • Use of the property for a 2-hour engagement photo shoot with your photographer
